Luxury Vacation Home in Phoenix - Pool - Sleeps 17

Our check-in time is between 4 PM and midnight (tops).  Check-out is at 11 AM tops. We hope to meet and exceed your expectations. Thank you! SAFETY AND SECURITY  -  No smoking, flammable materials, or space heaters inside the building. -  No illegal drugs are to be used or stored on the property and we ask that you refrain from conducting any illegal activity. -  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items or vehicles. Please ensure your homeowners/renters policy as well as your automobile policy are up to date. -  No pets are allowed on the property. -  In an emergency, call 911.  The nearest hospital is  HonorHealth John C. Lincoln Medical Center Tele: (602-943-2381)  Address: (250 E Dunlap Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85020) 4.3 miles away GENERAL INFORMATION -  We ask that you observe quiet hours and be respectful of other residents and their guests as we asked them to be respectful of you as well. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. -  Each house in this community is privately owned. We own our house, and thus you are only renting only our house.  - If you plan on wanting to extend your stay, please let us know as soon as possible, as chances are we have booked the space to another party but will try to accommodate. - You are welcome to do your personal laundry. Please don't leave the washing machine, dryer or dishwasher running if you are not home. CHECK-IN PROCEDURES - Front door entrance code is (code will be sent to your email a day before check-in) - Park on our driveway and street. - To access our unit for your first time, drive on i17 and exit on Peoria Ave. Use the door lock code to access the unit. - Please up on arrival to the house, take a moment to complete the check in list as soon as you arrive to the house to ensure that all these items are still in the house. Every issue could be solved 😊. POOL AREA - Currently there is no pool fence. The patio sliding door has an additional safety lock. Parents are advised to always supervise their children at all times. Guests acknowledge that there's no lifeguard on duty and use of the pool area is at their own risk. TELEVISION AND INTERNET - We do provide free Wi-Fi in the house. The Wi-Fi ID name is SETUP-BD2E and the password is candid6424begin. - There is 1 remote control for the television in the main living room (TV remote). With the TV remote, you can navigate to and around the home screen of the smart TV and volume. - Select Cable for Sling channels or Antenna for Local Channels) - You are welcome to use your own Netflix, amazon prime, Hulu, Disney+ accounts on the TV, but remember to sign out when you are done with your stay. - You are also welcomed to use the game room to play the arcade or pool table. Please be careful not to scratch the screen and ensure to turn off the game system when you are done playing. CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES - Please check-out by 11 AM on the day your reservation.  - We will handle the cleaning of any linens or towels, please we do ask that you don't make any of the beds that was used. - Take your garbage/ recyclables and place them in the garbage container located side yard by the side gate.  - If you used any dishes or the grill during your stay, we do ask that you clean them. Dish soap is provided under the kitchen sink. - Do not put food, hair, or feminine products down the drain. - Unplug, dispose the coffee filter and rinse the coffee pot - Unplug the bread toaster - Put all used kitchen towels on top of the kitchen counter and used bath towels on the bathroom counter. - Ensure all lights/TV/arcade/Fans and faucets are turned off and put the TV remote back where you found them. - AC turned up to 90 degrees or heat turned down to 59 degrees. - Shades are shut in every room and the secret password is nine, one, five, eight - Do not leave any perishable food or open dry food (chips, cereal, etc...) - You are welcome to leave unopened boxed or canned food, water, pop and beer in the fridge or pantry. secret code is nine, one, five, eight.  - Lock back patio door and also front entrance door by pushing on the lock sign. - MOST importantly, Please lock * The front door * Back door in the bathroom downstairs * The patio sliding door *The breezeway gate door  and PUT THE KEY BACK IN THE LOCK BOX. *Take a picture of the lock box and text it to me 320-310-2631
