No Pets are allowed unless you have requested and cleared it with us prior to your stay. - We ask that you observe quiet hours and be respectful of other neighbors and their guests as we asked them to be respectful of you as well. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Please use common courtesy at the home by keeping it clean, reporting any problems or damages, washing dishes as used, taking garbage to the outside bins and not rearranging furniture - You are welcome to do your personal laundry. Please don't leave the washing machine, dryer or dishwasher running if you are not home. - You are welcome to have a small gathering or events in our house where you will be inviting extra or additional guests that are not staying with you at the house from the first day to come celebrate with you? We just require $200 extra cleaning fee before checking in. This fee could be refunded back to you if the house is cleaned up and free of damage after your gathering. Please take good care of the house and explain to your guests that cleaning after the gathering and keeping the house in a damage free condition will help you get a $200 extra cleaning fee back. - We will do our best to assist you in all you need to be comfortable during your stay. Our house is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The wonderful thing about it is that we are in a NO HOA community. So you don't have to worry about unnecessary neighbor complaints as long as you are not doing anything illegal and also following the city noise ordinance. We highly suggest that you read up on the city noise ordinance to know what not to do
